My recent experience was alarming and unsettling. I was shocked at the dirty conditions of the room, which smelled terrible and had stains on the linens. The front desk staff was unhelpful and dismissive of my concerns, leaving me feeling unsafe during my stay.

i almost woudl ve been pleased with the stay, but dirty ants in my shower and roaches were an absolute no-go. i would also expect the so-called 'continental breakfast' to have more than stale bread, but no. not to mention, where was my warm welcome upon arrival? pathetic, honestly.
